Roundhouse Rendezvous 2024 Details
Roundhouse Rendezvous is the Timber Heritage Association’s annual dinner and auction, usually held in April. Our signature fundraising event has been going on since 2001 with all money raised going towards funding major restoration projects as well as maintenance on our equipment and community education. A fun night for all, THA have a large silent and live auction filled with a variety of donations from local businesses and community members, as well as a sit-down dinner. Traditionally, the artwork for our Roundhouse Rendezvous poster is created by a different local artist, with the original painting being sold during the live auction.

WHEN: Saturday, April 6th, 2024. Begins 5:30 pm / Dinner 6:30 pm.
WHERE: The Sequoia Conference Center, 901 Myrtle Avenue, Eureka, in the
Humboldt County Office of Education Complex next to Burre Center.
MENU OPTIONS: Catered Buffet Dinner, by Uniquely Yours
Entrees - choice of one - please indicate preference at the time of ticket purchase.
Vegetarian: Cannelloni filled with roasted leeks, artichoke hearts, chevre, and ricotta, finished with basil pesto cream sauce
Chicken: Chicken Jerusalem, lightly breaded boneless chicken breast garnished with artichokes and black olives topped with a white wine cream sauce (GF)
Pork: Pan seared pork tenderloin medallions with a hard cider cream sauce, finished with sautéed apples and caramelized onions (GF)

Salad: Spinach & Mixed Green salad with sliced toasted almonds, dried cranberries, apples, and honey/dijon/dill vinaigrette. (GF)
Vegetables: Sautéed seasonal vegetable (vegetarian and GF)

Dessert: Seasonal fruit tart with whipped cream.
